At Medaione Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing/incorrect items, we will gladly review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or full refund when applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept:

  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Refund requests for non-defective products
  • Opened or used personal care / beauty products
  • Sale items or gift cards

All properly delivered and non-defective items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

Approved Refunds

If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
